First Doctors Appt!

We had our first doctors appt today. Addison's pediatrician is Dr. Amanda Jackson at Ochsner Pediatrics. We absolutely love her and know Addison will be in good hands for long time :)

All of her reflexes, measurements and weight are good! She weighed 7 lbs 1 oz which we and Dr. Jackson were happy with!

  While getting her wellness check, she also had to get pricked to test her Jaundice level and the results came back normal!  

We were very happy parents today....the good news makes us feel like we are doing a good job! Next check up is Thursday for a weight check!

First Night & Day Home

After 4 long days in the hospital, we were finally discharged to go home! We were so excited to get home and get settled in!

 All Ready To Go!

 Our first night home went great! Mommy & Daddy didn't sleep much, 

we wanted to make sure she was breathing! :) 
As you can see, Parker checked on his baby sister with us. Sleepless nights ahead for sure, but it doesn't bother us at all!

  Mommy had been DYING to give Addison a bath. 

After being under the bulbs for 2 days, she lost her baby smell. 

She did so great and didn't make a peep!

  All clean and smells like a baby again!
